Portis I got this after I heard "Lost In A Sea Of Trees" and was not expecting the same quality as that release. I was very wrong. Fantastic dub techno smoothness. What a debut! Favorite track: Shimmering Moonlight.

~ DJ Megasoup (Selaroda) ~ Another fine EP of ambient electronic music from this German duo. This one is perhaps a bit more laid back than their debut album... mostly slow dub techno style rhythms submerged beneath some lovely organic clouds of synth that envelop you inside their acquatic cocoon.

Mono Peninsula / Photophob Dreamy Ambient Techno at its finest. I keep coming back to this one. Favorite track: Calls from Below.

Will I wonder (wander?) if maybe this was made by a couple of wood-nymphs somewhere in the British Columbian woods and Jamie heard it, then signed them to the label right then and there. This EP sounds like a mushroom growing under a mossy overhang where water trickles slowly over the top of the tiny grotto on a cloudy, possibly rainy day. 10/10, what a solid year for SSC! Favorite track: A Watery Grave.

What would an ocean be without a monster lurking in the dark? It would be like sleep without dreams.

Written and produced by J. P. A. Van Dulm and A. G. A. Bartels.

Mastered by A.P at GS Mastering & Post.
